In order to make changes to your billing details, payment method, and download invoices, simply navigate to the top left dropdown menu and select "Billing".
Add payment method:
If you are looking to add a new payment method to your invoicely account, simply click on the "Add Payment Method" button, located at the top right of the "Payment Methods" box. A popup modal will appear.
Adding a credit card:
To add a credit card to your account, add your credit card details now and rest assured that your credit card details will be processed securely using industry-standard 256-bit HTTPS encryption (SSL). Accepted credit card types are Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover.
- Error: You have submitted an invalid credit card number: This error indicates that the combination of cardholder name, credit card number, CCV and expiration date is not associated with a valid credit card. Please check all fields and try again.
- Error: The submitted credit card could not be authenticated. Please try again. This error indicates that the given credit card could not be authenticated/charged. In most cases this occurs due to an insufficient balance on your credit card. If you're absolutely sure that your balance is positive and this should be working, please contact the Customer Support Team below.
Download account invoices:
On the billing page you can also download all current and past invoices for your invoicely subscription. In order to download an invoice, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit "Download" next to the invoice you would like to download. A quick note: You can also pay open invoices from here.
