Unpaid invoice because of old credit cards

We changed our payment provider for credit card payments already in 2019 (due to lack of SCA support), however, if your card details were added prior to that we are not able to charge your card from January 2021 onwards.

In order for your paid invoicely subscription to remain active, you will be required to add a credit card to your account. To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your invoicely account.
  2. Navigate to the top-left dropdown menu and choose "Billing".
  3. In the "Payment Methods" section, click "Add Payment Method".
  4. Add your credit card details and confirm.
  5. You're all set!

Please note that we removed all credit cards from the old payment provider, so in your case, it should look exactly like the image above.
